Let me start out by saying that both of these softwares will achieve what you are trying to accomplish with DM automation. However, depending on your budget and funnel priorities you're going to want to understand how they each navigate pricing and also how they integrate into your workflow.
DM automation is a really great way to generate leads on Instagram and whether you're using ManyChat with Instagram or Link DM with Instagram or even some other tool, being able to automatically DM on Instagram is a game changer.

You can use the universal auto reply feature so it’s applied to any post with X word and the automation will trigger

Yes I believe on the fee plan you can do the DM to trigger. For the universal comment reply you’ll need the paid plan.
