I think this video is great but it is also pretty telling that a huge portion of the people you originally DMed you already have co-producer placements with and it still doesn't lead to a response (probably because they are getting so many DMs per day and don't look). I think that the quantity of DMs in a short time also lowered the chance to get creative with other approaches as to what to say besides "i have your next hit" haha, but 3/100 is pretty good, kind of like a standard e-commerce conversion rate tbh.
