Hey. I have a mixer soundking dm20 From him there is a very strong noise and background. What's wrong? And also - the patch and cords are heated - jack and the canons are heated up very hot. What can be done? Help!

I have picked up a few issues with my unit. The scenes are always getting messed up, overwriting scenes on its own or saving multiple scenes on its own. Libraries don't work properly and app keeps closing when i plug in a USB drive for music. Anyone else having the same problem?
