Problem with them is that they give them too much play time and run them to the ground. Look at Guler. the Brighton loan was such an odd move that didn't suit the club nor the player, like something off fifa career mode. Brighton already have a stockpile of left wingers in Mitoma, Adingra and Enciso is comfortable on the left too. These players were always going to get more game time as Brightons whole model is to build these players then flip them for a profit, so they were never going to sacrifice first team opportunities just to develop Fati for Barcelona. He'd have got on far better with another Spaniard, Iraola at Bournemouth, just look at how Kluivert has revived his faltering career.
