Just declare a no fly zone for drones over New Jersey, New York for 7 days, if they are ours, from a military or civilian company, they would no longer be seen during that time. If they are are aliens, or some foreign govt, we would still see them. A simple no fly zone for drones would not impact businesses as much as a full no fly zone for all aircraft. If they dont do this, they know who and what they are, and are OK with them flying.

EMS, Ret. 3 nights ago i watched one above my house for hours...it never moved & was so low...i could make out the shape even in the night sky via the full moon. It did not make any sound, but it did make the hair on my arms stand up & that is what caused me to look up & see it/them.. Small bullet shape, with several arms..vehicle size estimate, it could only hold 2 humans at best..& It looked like it changed shape, but was so close i could see that parts of it would light up or go out, causing the shape change effect. Only white lights, no colours..Last night there were 3 above my house..but considerably higher & none did that light blinking. Tonight...nada. They are gone now. This is in NePa, near NJ....

I have had many UFOs.4 followed me from the ocean to my home.I was walking and the road light was going on and off.The UFOs was red and got draged up two and two with an red lacer between them.
