I think "just" frames refer to Dante's Gilgamesh (the gauntlets). He can do some thing called a "just" charge where he charges up the attack until there is a flash and attacks immediately when that happens. I think it's a quick damage boost. As far as BnBs go there is an infinite amount of combos you can do in Devil May Cry and I have found a few bread and butter combos I've worked into my play style against certain enemies but the BnB varies with the player since there are so many possibilities

The only problem with this video is you need to spend more time in the final scene of every cut in order for Dante/Nero to COMPLETELY elaborate the TAUNT. But other than that the vid rocks. DMC 4EVER!!!

It makes the gameplay 20% faster or something. Think of Street Fighter 2 Turbo edition, but in DMC. It's a feature in the PC version I think. This also means you need to be crazier with your reaction time and button input XD
