Hyrrool is so considerate for free to play players, his newest video he talks about how hard it is to get characters on new banners. Like how you have to get so much to increase the chance but it takes forever. His other acc that’s free to play he says it too. I love his videos a lot and I myself have spent maybe $15-20 but I consider myself a free to play. I spent maybe $5 for 3 months when I started in 2021 (when hollyberry came out) I’ve never spent more then $10 in one go

ironically with how Me and You are on the same tier, you mentioned missing out on Tails during the Sonic Collab. While I did manage to get Tails myself, I would feel the complete same way if during a new Collab event, I didn't at least get all of the new Cookies released. I’ve regretfully spent a lot of money on CRK and CROB in the past but recently I’ve just stopped playing CRK altogether because I was getting extremely bored and the new cookies were ridiculously hard to get, making it frustrating and even more boring. I play CROB from time to time, recently been playing less due to them scrapping their original Gacha and level up systems for completely new ones that I still don’t understand.

As soon as you mentioned the epic that came out at that time, I was like "Ah yes, I completely understand" I love them sm I also understand the feelings about the FOMO during the collabs. I did okay during the sonic collab but during the disney collab I was completely FTP and I missed out on a lot of cookies I wanted because of it (Like Lilo and Stitch). I panicked bought some packs during the BTS collab because I almost ended up without V but he came home during the last day. I don't know how some players manage to have a BTS cookie at 5* or above, none of mine are above 3*🙃

I’m completely f2p and managed to get all the bts cookies with them being 1 to 4 stars, but I do play very consistently everyday and “grind” a lot (it doesnt feel like a grind to me but I have a lot of spare time…) and I got fairly lucky and was able to pull all within the first few weeks I’m not much of a long time player though. I started playing crk in sept ‘21 but only for 3 weeks, then I stopped and missed out on a year’s worth of content, especially the disney event (I regret that until now 😔) and then I came back in the middle of black pearl’s banner. At that point, my account only had progress on it for a total of a month. I was really playing a lot getting back into it though so I was able to catch up, complete most missions, and collect a lot of bts stuff, but the ticket missions are literally impossible :0 the rest are doable fortunately It’s insane to see 5-star ascended moonlight cookies from the top players in the arena though, I wonder where they get all that money and if they robbed a bank or something 😭 fomo sucks a lot though and I never did any micro transactions ever except only in the past year for cosmetics in another game kinda bc of fomo, but that was only around $25… I don’t spend much money in general :V

@@pixxL_ I'm replying to this convo too because I'm also curious what the genshin community mean by saying CRK gacha's is more painful than genshin's and want to know. If you play consistently, even casual players can collect all the cookies and get to a point where they can stand against the cheapest whales in arena. I haven't played my account for over a year and just returned a month ago and I'm at around the top 15% of PV server with all my cookies at 3 stars +. When I compare it to my friend who plays genshin and has to wait months for a rerun of their characters, CRK is a lot more forgiving since you can get these cookies's soulstones from a lot of sources available in the game. The only time I spent on CRK was during April Fool's Rainbow Shroom event when they released the sparkly human Gingerbrave Profile. That event was really funny and I wanted something to remember the time by.
