make a ramp up those stairs, park truck in front of stairs for anchor, Pull up with come-a-long. using muscle like that is impressive, but will cause injury over time.

the friction on the board too great , Ive start thinking a polymer glide strip should be added.

I have just been offered a grand piano for free but having seen what is involved in moving it I shall decline the offer!
