He's smart necause he knows canelo is gonna beat him next fight so he's avoiding him it's why he won't give him his rematch nothing special about this guy

Canelo would never win him and there are 2 reasons. 1) Bivol is heavier and taller 2) Bivols style is ideal to conter canelos high but wide guard, those 1,2 goes streaght into canelos face always. It is easy for him to keep deistance and fight on the distance where canelo cannot compete. He would just outbox him easly.
