I think judges and promoters want Bivol to win because it's easier to promote him than Beterbiev. Plus Bivol can go to 168 and collect some belts in that division and he won't get injured every 5 months so that means he'll fight Benavidez or Morrell as soon as possible. In the other hand Beterbiev is a pleasure to watch but he's kind of arrogant when it comes to promote the fight and that hurts the promoters pockets.
