Dmitry holds his right hand much, much higher on the lady's back than normal, same as Madis and Aleksandra of Estonia. This enables the PERFECT ladies to dance much more freely, and with their backs further away from the man. The ladies dance on their own, man signaling only on their shoulders. This is one of the secrets of the tango revolution we see. Dmitry is leading PERFECTLY and is PERFECTLY ON TIME. In power-slow moves he gives the lady perfect time to make her moves beautifully; also, when she is slowing outer circle, Dmitry perfectly gives lady time and counts slows until she is finished. This tango is a masterpiece (and a textbook) in technique.

My favorite couple always in the European round. Olga is so graceful and lovely!!! It's like watching Cinderella and her Prince Charming dance the night away. They should get married if they haven't already!!!! They are so in love and look so lovely together on the dance floor. My favorite Latin couple got engaged on the dance floor already, so Olga and Dimitry should too if they aren't already married!! :)

The music inspired (enabled) Arunas and Katusha to perform the perfect waltz of all time in Asia 2010, to a simple melody, and equally to Secret Garden of Norway's fantastic melody same year. Music here has TRANSFORMED Dmitry and Olga into WORLD TOP CLASS PROFESSIONALS. This is a breakthrough. Olga is extremely cleaver in head movements, he has the nerve and control of a champion. He is in fact leading the lady with his MIND. This is a performance for history. Congratulations!

In Standard Ballroom dances, the posture of the partner is supposed to be like that, even though they're not always in that position depending on the moves. Think of it as a vase of flowers, the lady's upper body is the stem coming out of the couple's lower body which is the vase, her head is the flower petals, her dress drapings are the leaves.
