Here I want to enlighten by brining the example of DYO, I appreciate the system of Diphupar Youth Organization (DYO) by monitoring & controlling over the chati river. I don't know thd system now adays but fews years ago they made a strick law not to do any domestic works or necessity at the river during monsoon season and even during winter no social gathering till late night. They strictly maintain that social concern, which was really good for the people. We can learn from them.
