I've not heard this type of 'pain' in any of his previous tracks. The wisdom he obtained from the experiences of his life is evident in the agony of, "..at times I can't manage all the shit in my head..." He and I were the same age and I understand much more now how wisdom is obtained, especially from experiencing life with music like this.
