Call of Duty Black Ops 6 is right around the corner. We still do not know much about it, but with no new DMZ updates. We are all wondering if we will see a DMZ 2 in Black Ops 6 or a new DMZ update of some sort. Here is some speculation around Call of Duty Black Ops 6 DMZ.

i mean, why would they cancel it in the first place? they said " it exceeded expectations". so why endeavor just to cancel it. extraction is such a popular category that will be a staple for multiplayer for the next decade. the way you can live service and story tell season to season is unmatched compared to warzone. I hope they realize its the future and it returns in BO6 Bigger and Better than ever.

A while ago I uninstalled the MW2/DMZ portion of COD to make space So whenever I looked at the DMZ area it says that I don't have it installed but when I pre-ordered BO6 it made me re-download an MW2 file and now I can play DMZ but DMZ is the only MW2 mode I can play. (I play on PlayStation btw)

We 100% need DMZ back warzone is fun but it will be refreshing if Activision uses dmz as a back up plan because br is no different from any other game except the load out feature we have in cod and the maps but it gets the same and I can't imagine seeing Warzone still here in 2-3 years.

If they do it would be a total surprise. Infinity Ward wrote DMZ and it's their baby. Why would they let another company take their IP and do who knows what with it? I'd say Treyarch will come out with a classic zombies mode. I wish I could take some of that copium... But I'll hold out for CoD 2025 to see something happen with DMZ.

All this are now belong to Microsoft. IW has always the overhand because the engine is written by themself, others just fixing or modifiying parameters to the engine. All of these small companies (which was belong before by Activision) work togother. Surely each departement may want to be better than other but this just a competition inside the one company

I hope that is TRUE, because I just love DMZ. Warzone is not my play style and MP is just for now leveling up weapons. Xdefaint bring more fun with MP than CoD, because players play MP Objective not like in CoD just for leveling up.

I certainly hope so. I've been so disappointed by CoD, the greed powered machine behind it, that I was about to quiz CoD for good; but DMZ was the only string left that was attaching me to CoD. We will see. Hopefully they don't use the same game mechanics as in MWIII because MWIII is built for 12 year olds with access to moms credit card.
