DMZ Was Better Back Then...

Back in Season 1 of DMZ, players used to care about fighting over the Weapons Case. Its too bad there wasn't a more lasting incentive to try and extract it because once you have the small number of cosmetic rewards, there's no reason to go for it anymore.

Season 1 was the most challenging. Season 2 added a lot of QoL improvements. Everything after season 2 pretty much added pvp/E imbalance. They got hungry for content and broke the balance in the process

I completed the Case by Case mission solo recently, took 3 weeks of trying to achieve it. Most attempts failed early due to aggressive PvP action, but there are still some good players out there willing to lend a hand. Worst moment was being pushed by a team in Koschei at the elevator with 10 seconds left to complete and getting killed. PvP in Koschei!!! Wasn't expecting that

As someone who used to play DMZ since it first came out, coming back to DMZ now has been really sad for me tbh. Game used to be so fun and full of life, lot's of players would actually use the Prox chat and try to interact and people cared more about potentially losing their gear and extracting. Coming back now and seeing so many glitches, basically almost no one using prox chat and teams just pushing everyone and everything with zero gear fear(because they know they can just do a glitch to get it all back), it's all been disheartening to me as an OG player of DMZ. With support for DMZ basically being entirely gone, I don't see myself coming back for very long at all. Also, players be aware of playing on Ashika island near water treatment plant, people can glitch under the map over there and kill you through the floor. Good luck out there!

Prox chat is very rare now but those experiences are still out there maybe 1 out of ten but they still exist idk what made dmz players so pvp crazy but in a way its keeping the game alive. It's actually more rewarding now as a solo player to go in regain and especially get a mission done

Been playing 1 month after it came out (dmz) been playing faithfully , my advice is let ur nuts hang and get use to pVp , no crying allowed whatsoever

Yea...... with all that being said I'm still playing DMZ, it was better when It first came out with the teamwork and crazy missions you would be on, but even playing now with nothing but people doing straight pvp and me trying to complete my missions still (😂 yes I still try) its still the best thing going on in gaming as far as I'm concerned. Hopefully the devs listen to the people and read the room. DMZ is king with or without updates and has serious potential to continue to be the best mode COD has ever created.

DMZ is still the most exciting extraction shooter by far. The test are more tense but extremely slow. Its just a shake they uave to cancel the current beta but no way round it as people paid for operators with perks etc. If they bring it back with the next version of WZ or COD it gets rid of those oaid for operators so they csn get rid of some of the paid for cool downs etc. Its the only way they can get around it, is to cancel it and start afresh. I dont see why they wouldnt as right now it's probably back to being their more popular game mode outside of resurgence

This was such a cool concept of a mode for cod. I might be the odd man out saying that I liked the movement of mw2 better than mw3. The things I felt that was problematic with this mode was broken missions that never showed complete. Had to repeat a lot of them most of the time. The mission structures were long and tedious. The map sucked as well. Sniping from high rise or that radar mountain could kill anyone on the map. But for the most part I played the shit out of this mode more than anything else really.

I think they should have made it so extracting the weapon case cleared your insured weapon cooldowns…would’ve especially been nice before the 15 min. weapons and the 1/2/3 hour cooldowns

I got 1078lvls just playin' DMZ only, I didn't apply any xp tokens and i didnt play that shipment just all the DMZ, I usually play like 8hrs, its still that fun apart from those chinsse idk where they popped up from. They are usin' cheats and COD got billions dollars from DMZ and now they have abandoned it.
