wooow love this!!! rarely find people make this type of music when i search for digitone vids. How did you get the fast random bloop sounds with reverb, is that done with parameter locking steps? I'm new to elektron sequencers

@@itsdrawkcab5899 Not plocks, I think roughly how I did it was I set up random lfo’s on s&h setting - 1st on cutoff, 2nd on resonance. Then when the resonance hits a high point you get an off-pitch boop from the filter feedback

@@_sysex Nice, love these creative tricks with the Elektron sequencer. Came back to your videos and I really love your style! reminds me of Bladee & Charli XCX. I've been looking at buying an elektron box, and I saw that you used different ones in your videos. But Im not sure which one would suit me the most tho. The Digitakt II and Octatrack would help me sample and sequence synths I already own, but the Digitone II looks fresh and fun to do sound design on. Which one do you like the most? I'm trying to get more out of my other synths, but at the same time don't want to complicate things as I've read about the Octatrack being convoluted. Not sure if the DTII and DNII partner well with other synths.

@@itsdrawkcab5899 digitakt 2 is the best possible option for use with other synths imo. Unless you're doing live looping/sampling you don't miss out on much wrt the octa, I barely use mine anymore. Super easy workflow: Load drum samples, setup 8 midi tracks, play midi, sample into machine, eq/fx and you have a song. I love digitone1 & 2 but they have a specific sound and I tend to see them more as a standalone box, although the 2 plays nice with digitakt 2. Get both if you can and start saving up for the toneverk lol!
