First met Sharon when she was with Bette Midler in Cleveland Ohio. Then I met her again in New York City it was so sad to hear about how her life ended. Rock in peace,💖

Easily one of the best dance songs of the 90s, criminally underrated!

I totally loved this song back in 1992. At that times there were tapes and not MP3, and you had to be very quick to capture the song from the radio. I'm so happy to find it now.... so many memories... I was 18 :)) great great song and singer, so sad Sharon Redd died so soon....

Saddest year for our beloved sharon passed away with so sweet uplifting songs. Thank DNA that gave at least a respectfull score in a pop chart. An artist that have counted for the early 80's

I love Sharon Redd's music so much. The original "Can You Handle It" was my anthem for so long. This version is great!

She never really got the respect that she deserved when she was alive for me, and I don't think her music is recognised enough now either.
