When I saw the title of this video I assumed that DNA Surgery was going to be used to turn everything into Dragons then fused to make FGD, I never got into the newer formats and always been an old school/Edison format player. Combo's are fun to do but when it locks you out of playing the game then that's an issue.

Dna surgery has always been a card I loved. Especially seeing it used in the anime was always cool imagining monsters as other types. Fr though imagine getting forced into surgery and afterwards the surgeons say "the surgery was a success you're a wizard now"

@@RettGaming Did they play "Barrier Statue of the Abyss"? If so, that's what Archfiend is for, to protect Barrier Statue if you end up summoning something that can run over the Statue.

DNA surgery or Clockwork Night(makes all cards face up machine monsters) are awesome with Chimeratech Fortress Dragon as you only need a Cyber Dragon on the field on your side to do the fusion summon since Chimeratech can use materials from either side of the field. So special summon a cyber dragon or normal summon a Cyber Dragon Core or any of the other ones that become cyber dragon on the field and fusion summon Chimeratech and depending on how many monsters are on the field you can get 4000-5000 atk.

Another similar Fun Combo is: Clockwork Night + Cyber Dragon in order to summon Chimeratech Fortress Dragon using enemy monsters to turn the table.

i once played against it, but i dont special summon. i bait and then i do my bs. oh cool, you start your turn and summoned 5 mfrs?threatening roar, you cant attack. my turn, drill barnacle with that original bambo sword, united we stand, stray lambs. atk directly, destroys all monsters, gains 1000 atk. IF i feel its threatened i can mist body, but since drill barnacle is common, i just need 3 copies of all equip spells and 6 of barnacle and flame sprite. any of my common monsters will sweep, because im not working to summon a specific monster. shiiiiid, i might summon morphing jar for fun, the point is you dont need cookie cutter decks, build some wild shit and have fun.
