Gotta say when Chris Perkins says, "But I'm not going to go into that..." I always groan. The only reason I would watch these videos is for the depth of understanding Mr. Perkins possesses. I can catch any old streamer to get the 411 on the surface stuff that is in the book. Thanks all, either way. Sounds like a really cool supplement!!

I just ordered Explorer's Guide to Wildemount as a new book 2 days ago, Nov. 3, 2021, for only $12.50 plus shipping and tax on eBay. The total was $17.63. I think that I got a great deal considering the book is new.

I'd be fine with new players and characters as long as it's in continuity with the old sessions. For me what put DCA above other shows was Chris as DM: having D&D's chief story editor as the guy in the black hat lent the show a sort of credibility, like however off-the-wall things in game were, they were still sort of canon to the setting. Even if they brought back DCA with a new DM like Kate it would still have that feeling of 'a version of these events really happened'.

now... lets see. you have so MUCH screenspace and waste it with this windows thing ... why? it just makes this interview so cramped and complicated. from 1:35 it is much more inviting and friendlier. and then you change it back ... sigh. and no the open view is not distracting. i realy dislike this style becasue you do not feel invited to that table. just go and watch the other interviews that are recorded openly for example larry king, for you living in the US. anyway thx for the interview, it was informativ and usefull but not very including. Mr. Perkins, i loved your explanation, but would have liked some additional southern peripherial wildemount hints. PS: i switched to a game and finished listening... why even bother to film ^^

Thanks for the feedback, we will discuss it with the team. As for why record it, these are live streamed (normally) on Fridays as content for our Twitch viewers, and additionally are thus put up here for VODs. But primarily the audience is meant for exactly what you mentioned in your postscript, to be consumed as audio.

@@DNDWizards oh, i did not know that. this makes sense. thank you. i just should have pushed the "show more" button. it says there that it was recorded as a podcast.

Funny how the map was one of the parts I was looking forward to and feel fell short. The colours feel a bit too washed / dreary, prefer the maps from some of the other modules.
