Daniel only has three eights with the K and 6 kicker. In PLO, you can only use two cards in your hand and three on the board. You can’t use four cards on the board. Daniel’s opponent had a full house with a set and the two eights on the board.

PLO you can only use 3 cards on the board so he didn’t have a boat

In PLO you have to use two cards from your hand and make the best hand from 3 cards on the board. Daniel’s best possible hand is K8 from his hand which means the 3 cards on board he can use to make his best hand is 886. He cannot use both 2’s. So Daniel’s best hand is (K8)886 for three of a kind. While the villain can use the 66 from his hand and use 688 on the board. (66)688 full house over three of a kind.

Definitely not crazy, Daniel. I usually feel it too when I am beat and should fold. Sometimes not, but many times I feel it. And if it's just online play for tournament chips and not cash, I usually call anyways to keep people honest.

I think the bad luck came from disrespecting the 50 so hard. If you’re going to avoid it, you have to avoid it with respect. It has power over fate, the 50 doesn’t care about technicalities of whether you touched it or spent it, you accepted it, you included it in your video, and you humiliated it. That 50 gave you what it thought you deserved. Imagine that 50 was a human being, think how you made it feel, it can handle rejection, but not that. And a 50 isn’t human, it’s a god of misfortune, it did what it does best.

You have to use exactly two cards from your starting hand and 3 from the board in PLO. The opponent used 66, for 66-622 full house. Daniel used his K and 8 to make K8-88-6.
