Fun fact: •If you remember most of the village died during the pain and war arc's, and we're brought back by their souls+chakra being put into Naruto clones. •Technically most of the village IS Naruto including Hinata. This is a canonical fact. •since a lot of the village is using Naruto clones as a body and having families, that would mean that Naruto technically DOES have multiple families (raises the question, while everyone has their original Chakra which also gives them their original forms, does that extend to blood, or is everyone in the village related to Naruto now?)

Because Himawari exists in canon, you should draw second children for all of these pairings. Also, if these are supposed to he AU replacements for Boruto, you should also draw them with activated Karma seals.

It would never work like that that all of them would have second children while some might have 3. And not everybody is compatible with the karma seal. The character isn't going to be compatible just for being the main character, it's likely genetics.
