from steam comments: "I spent about 50 hours building a base, acquiring the parts for a car. I found some awesome dry bags to bury and hide the parts, dragged some barrels over and hid them discretely. It was awesome for a couple days, felt like I'd started to accomplish what DayZ was really about. Other than a couple of minor glitches like drybags floating and becoming inaccessible if you buried it too close to a tree, the car glitching into the floor a bit from time to time, it was great! I played until about 2:00 AM one night just enjoying the base and exploring the gardening system a bit. Then the real DayZ exprience began. I logged back in the next morning and my car was glitched into/onto the roof, my drybags and barrels had all disappeared, and my character seemed to have lost all his guns. NOW I know I really experienced what DayZ is about. It's a lesson in Zen, about losing your attachment to material possessions. DayZ giveth and DayZ taketh away. It's just like real life, you can imagine and almost accomplish awesome things, but don't get attached because it will eventually be all gone in a moment."

I believe this is right before the update 0.63 where they switched to enfusion engine. Now it looks and works way much better, they improved optimization, texutures, animations, sound, it's like almost different. Similar to Rust transition from legacy to the newer engine
