Playing both sides will take a toll on the body. He’s a great player, but they need to let him acclimate and as his body achieves man state yard him more on either sides

Coaching football is not "raising your boys to be men". He is wealthy and has the means and opportunity to coach a football team. Don't get this mixed up with what it takes to be a father and raise children. How much time was he at home with his kids during the time he played football professionally? How much time was he with his kids when they were school age? Did he remain married to any of the mothers of any of his kid's? This is NOT an example of what it takes to be a father or a man. Given this, we should not advertise this as an example of "raising your kids" to be men.
