It’s sucks that MPJ notices Malone let’s “Russ be Russ” but won’t comment on “Mike being Mike.” He knows that he’s not living up to his potential under Malone. What a good teammate buying in to the program though and being selfless.

@@caseypamplin6384 oh please! what’s his potential ? There is only so far u can go with just shooting. He still not good with playmaking or handling the ball. Still ways to go in defense. Even if u give him the ball, that means he is gonna attract so much defense w/c he is not able to handle physically due to his major past back injuries.

The nuggets are the only reason Mike has a career. No other team would have been as patient with his back issues. If he left this system his open looks would suffer and he doesn't generate hid own shot. I like Mike a lot, but his value in this system is way higher than outside.

Ironic that you make that statement given the fact that Malone is going to let him play some 4 this season after he's bulked up. MPJ had to learn to play defense when he came into the league. Malone has been great for him. Had he been on another team he'd probably be a less well-rounded player. He's never going to be more than the 3rd option on this team, nor should he be with Joker & Jamal here.
