The man pays attention to detail and is saying he loves it when others take honor in their job and responsibilities and performs them to the utmost level of their abilities. So all he has to do at Colorado is focus on coaching. Not get involved in other school admin affairs that take him away from what should be his core focus and not have him come out of his pocket to personally pay for anything the school doesn't have. He feels the relief and is overjoyed by being surrounded by competent individuals instead of a nepotistic atmosphere where most aren't qualified to give justice to the positions they have.
