The Kansas coach should be under scrutiny for how their season has gone. In hindsight, their record just seems to be the result of poor coaching, as they clearly have talent. Furthermore, CU needs to abandon the 4-2. Even with the upgrade of Hill-Green over Woods, you just don't have the downhill stopping power with just 2 LB's. You need 3. There is a reason the 4-3 is the most common formation in football. Running a 4-2 against a team that dominates the run game was not a good idea.

Tough loss but KS did want it more. They had A Senior who took his moment and showed out. Neal was balling. He was a cannon. I love the resilience of CU especially Sheduer, he took some hard hits and got right back up and didn’t skip a beat. Travis played his heart out. The arrow is still pointing upward…..vast improvement from last season. Keep the progression going. Get ready for Oklahoma. As they say, one game at a time. Plus the conference is all over the place, never know who going to be on top one week from the next. Go Buffs.

Go Buffs, I am 59yrs old and a native Coloradan, I have been a CU Buffaloes fan since 1973!!! We are going to be alright; we are in year two of a total rebuilding of our football program, we have the right Coach, and we are going to a bowl game after year two!!! No excuses Kansas showed up and punched us in the jaw and we deserved it, we got out coached period!!! I believe we will have a totally different offense next year because Juju isn't Shedeur Sanders and we will have the opportunity to use more schemes on offense our defense is going to get better, we will be better all the way around next year. We still have one game left so I believe we will go 9-3 and we still have a shot at getting into the Big 12 Championship game. Now just maybe all the dummies in Mainstream Media and Independent Media will stop this foolishness with Coach Prime leaving Colorado and going to Coach in the NFL, I am sick of them all, every damn day this week so hopefully they will go sit their asses down somewhere. I'm not sure I'm on board with saying they will be better next year. Losing sanders and Hunter is huge. Yes, Lewis has a ton of potential, but to expect a freshman to come in and be as productive as sanders is a MAJOR assumption. Not saying he can't, but it's very unlikely. So it would not be surprising to see cu take a step back next year, before coming back strong in year 2 under Lewis.

You could tell from the beginning when CU couldn't stop the run it was going to be a long day. If you noticed the RB Neal always finished on top of the defense. I never saw him pushed back even for short yardage he always leaned forward. The defensive line was worn down as the game went on. You normally see a lot of broken arm tackles when the defense gets tired. Neal was a decent size back that ran hard the whole game and seemed to get stronger as the game went on.
