Since alphas and betas are just relative terms and not officially associated with psychology, you guys xould probably do like the 16 Personality types test to see which personality types you guys are, the SWOTs of your personality, and what can be improved for yourselves based on those test. It's just a fun thing to see what each of your personality types are and what kind of person are you bringing up moving forward. I think the psychology there might be a fun and interesting things to discuss about. I think alphas do exist in the human race. It's just that we are not tied to that motion to death like wild animals do. Usually, we tend to be alpha when the situation comes to it but never for the full benefit of oneselves. In the end, we are more social and tend to mix and mingle those preferences to better fullfil our desires whether it be for personal or outwardly gains or for the betterment of our physical, emotional, mental, spiritual or social aspects. Being alpha isn't bad, but it's not for everybody.

lots of guys go to gym, it's because its harder to be top tier earner, it's the same with getting good with girls. Everyone is on different paths, you cant be one size fits all mindset. *An alpha male is combination of (looks + money + status or game)*

there are two types of alpha males: 1.0: loud, and controlling that can be mistaken to be angry, sometimes categorize as beta males 2.0: truly outcome independent, chill have standards (give you options, instead of wanting you to be what he opted) most women, esp younger ones falsely recognize that being controlling is ''manly'' or romantic gesture according to today's relationship ideals.
