As someone who has lived in the Midwest for 24 years, and 12 years in Southern California before that, I can tell you the "itty bitty dicky committee" girls are likely from the Midwest, based on the way they're dressed and their mannerisms and accents (yes, midwesterners have distinctive accents). -the girl on the left said she likes black guys. That's very common nowadays in places like Chicago, Detroit and Indiana. -"itty bitty dicky committee" and "itty bitty titty committee" was rap/hip hop slang terms. -these girls look to be in the 20s and 30s. -these girls are distinctively butcher and "thicker" than other girls in the video. They have less sophistication. Do you see a pattern? These are all common traits of white girls in places like Michigan, Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. They have been raised on white latino and black men. They think these men are cool and exciting. They like black guys because they think they all have huge penises. In contrast, they believe the stereotype that Asian men have little penises. But they've never actually dated an Asian. I'm an Asian-American living in Southern California who has experience dating non-Asian girls, and from my experience there are many girls of all races willing to date Asian guys. The majority of the girls that I've dated are white, and what I mostly hear from them is the same thing over and over again! White girls are open to dating Asian guys but Asian guys NEVER approach them! White girls would then assume that Asian guys only date Asian girls. On occasions, I would hear my non-Asian girlfriends say that they hadn't really thought about Asian guys until I had asked them out. Their perception of Asian guys had changed due to their experience with me. I'm NOT saying that all non-Asian girls are attracted to Asian guys but if they're not, that's ok, it's only a preference so don't take it personally; just move on! The host Isabelle was putting a positive spin and completing the answers for these girls. Some answers included race, hispanic girls reject Asian guys, and even Itty bitty dicky committee and she played it off. She's Asian and should of at least at them to elaborate on their answers.

Jude N. You know what, you're totally right. In fact, I had already realized it in the moment but I was so taken back by some of the responses that I was just speechless. So I defaulted to what I knew and just played it off. Looking back, I wish I could have taken it a little further to shed more light. But I also think that the girls in turn were also taken back by my questions. They weren't told beforehand what the exact questions were specifically about, I just asked them if I could interview them about dating. I do wonder that if I wasn't an Asian and was another ethnicity, whether they would have answered differently. Thanks for your feedback, really appreciate it :)

Isabelle Du I mean what is the point of showing interviews of racist people if you don't challenge them; what does the audience learn. Its like interviewing the KKK and acting like everything is normal. It could be a learning experience but know you just passively do nothing. All this does is anger people. Additionally, you kind of reinforced the stereotype that Asian people are passive and will just take racism -_- which is why the people probably felt comfortable to say it to you in the first place.

Delahunta Again, I completely agree with you. In fact, this is the backlash I was most afraid of - people perceiving me as part of the problem and not the solution by not addressing it. I won't deny that I seem passive to you. Unfortunately, I've become more passive over the years because I've had my fair share of racism that I've addressed head on and point blank over the years to the point where it stresses, depresses me and takes a lot out of me. My body and mind now reacts as a defensive mechanism because it has muscle memories from my past experiences. Sometimes I don't think I've healed from it completely. I have had an entire student body isolate me during my senior year of college because of an e-mail that went viral on campus where I called out a student president candidate as racist. My grades slipped and I was afraid to be on campus. I am a person. It actually makes me sad to read this comment because it's the complete opposite of everything I want to be and I hope you understand that I am a person. Yes, I wish I could've represented Asian Americans better by really calling these girls out but I'm still learning. We're all still learning, really.

Isabelle Du I understand you are human and that it can be hard to confront people btw I am Asian too. I am curious though why you decided to show the racist people and you interviewing them, you did not have to show it and it does not seem to serve a purpose to the viewing audience. When it comes to confronting people, I feel some people feel trapped feel that they either have to come up with the perfect comeback which paralyzes them into passivity. You could have always walked away, shook your head, said hey Im asian, said I can''t believe you are saying this to me...etc. I understand you are an actor/model and that puts you in a tricky situation because its really hard to find work that does not demean asians/ I understand you have to eat, but could at least be mindful of the messages you send. BTW, I do you think you look good as a person, I would hope someone with your looks would not have trouble finding work.

Canadian Asian here, I actually have no problems with talking to women but admittedly have a hard time asking them out or showing my intentions because it often ends up in the friendzone especially If I haven't already established a friendship or have with them and it's not because i'm timid although that it is a factor it's because feminists in society have told us that it is inappropriate for men to approach women without their consent and that complimenting them is akin to sexual harassment so what is a guy to do, especially Asian guys? But that really isn't an issue of a non asian girl dating an asian guy because I've dated non asian more I guess an issue of courting girls in general and maybe it's just Asian men are more respectful and don't hit on girls on the street.

This video presents a lot of women's excuses or portrayals as to why Asian men are somehow inferior and always seem to be "unable to make the grade" with them...it sounds instead like Asian men are general wise to the nature of these women. The hostess/presenter does a good job of perpetuating and emphasizing these women's inflated sense of entitlement.

1:38 Does she mean that the (Asian)man told her that she's pretty?If so I know the answer.I've read a article bout the difference in the facial anatomy between Asian and Caucasian.Asians tend to have flat,cute and a youthfull appearance and Caucasians' faces tend to be more "deeper",older looking and hot.So basically the opposite and different kind of beauty.By deeper I'm talking about the overal ups and downs like; entire nose is higher,high bone under the brows,narrow face shape giving the illusion of a strong bumping feel etc.Asians on the other hand have opposite feautures.But this assumption isn't 100% accurate,cause on some occasions for example A asian can have some western fenotypes and vice versa.This is also why Koreans are doing exessive cosmetic surgeries.To look less asian.They feel that their faces are too flat and needs to be raised.The interwieved woman has little fat,but her fenotypes are 'stronger'.I hope this is helpful and perhaps interesting.Just need to accept the way you are.Only responsibility is taking care of your body like 'weigh loss'.Just be healthy

Has anyone ever read the book L'amant (the lover) by Marguerite Duras. Or seen the movie that was made in 1992? It's about a French teenage girl, living in Indochina during the 1920's who becomes lovers with an older wealthy Chinese man. It's like one of those forbidden love type stories because well she is kind of young, 15 to be exact, and I don't know how old Jane March was when she played in that movie, but there sure was a lot of hot love scenes. Full on nude, hot, sweaty, body to body, type love scenes, that put the movie Un Faithful to shame. So yeah I highly recommend reading the book and watching the movie. It's a good love story.

Just a bit of a pet peeve of mine about the title...why do you say "American" in place of "White"? There are many Asians who were born and raised in America for years, that's perpetuating the racist eternal foreigner myth. Also, I noticed a few of the "American" women had foreign accents.

I grew up without any asians around me besides my family. So I had no choice but to date caucasians. To be fair I am really enjoying the interracial dating thing. Also my friends are all from different areas around the world so we have this group of guys with black people, middle eastern, euopeans, south american, indian and of course me the asian. When we go out all of us aproach girls without hesitation. The benefit of such group of friends is we know a lot from different cultures and we do get lucky with girls from different backgrounds and if I am not what you want what about my buddy hahaha :)
