The samples you showed are going to have a hard time ranking if it is not on a high DR/DA domain and the reason for it is that the content looks like shit, it may be "structured" well but people will not read all the way through that. both examples are just walls of text, good luck keeping people from not instantly clicking the back button, your bounce rate will be through the roof.
