I can completely relate to you with the health and allergy issues. I am allergic to earth on a good day, and I have managed to catch everything this season...my sinuses have sympathy for your sinuses. It has been a challenge being ill back to back to back. To the real meat of this video, I just love and connect to your authenticity. Your conversation with Sofia was so sweet, and Sofia's friend sounds like a gift. It just goes to show that kindness knows no boundaries. It's the quote from Imogen at the Number1LadiesClub...the kindness of others can last us a lifetime. ❤ That kindness comes in a hug, a text, a word, a look...how precious. I’m almost at my heaviest weight. I’m down a teeny tiny, very teeny tiny bit. I had my physical today……no more crap snacks. Before considering meds she wants me to try on my own to get my cholesterol under control. She said if I lose weight that number should go down. Your cold is just not giving you a break. Im so sorry you feel so terrible. I thought lighting and everything was great on the video part with Sofia. What a great Best Friend for Sofia and I’ve adopted lots of children that are my kids best friends. I’m called “mom” by so many and it feels so good and this note she sent was so amazing. We share this on common too. It’s because you are a loving and accepting and fun mom. 😂 happy everything! And you’re welcome! Love you both!

I try my hardest to not speak those words in front of Sofia, but when I do I make sure she knows it isn't from a VANITY point of view, it's from a health standpoint. It's not about not having any jeans that fit, it's about my hips hurting because of the extra weight. It's about wanting to take care of myself so that I can keep up with her for a long time and be AROUND for a long time. I had a fabulous mom who ALL of our friends would call her mom. They all came to have sleepovers at my house instead of me going to theirs. My little brother still lives in our "childhood" home in San Diego and all of our friends STILL come to the house to seek refuge of friendship and love! 🥰

@ I remember also being very careful on how I spoke on my body image. I focused on our health.
