Do flexi rods work on short hair?

Primark, flexi rods, wherever you get them, whatever brand, you can make it work for short hair. It’s a heatless way of getting very curly hair. I will be trying it again and see if I can get better results to style with!

With how short your hair is I would go with smaller rods and more sections, and maybe even more uniform curls.

I think the smaller rods would make more curl, causing it to be even more curly thus even shorter. I am definitely gonna try these again tho!

@@Balancehealthyfitness You could try the dollar store rods. They are smaller. Just use conditioner, gel or mousse before you wrap

The trick with curling is you almost have to side part to have it look right. It's just something I've noticed. Curls don't like conformity I guess! Lol

Less sections!! I use 4 total and they turn out like a mermaid and then 4 on my hair extensions perfect !!

I’ll have to try that. With shorter hair it’s harder to get the section to wrap.

I totally agree! My hair is fu cked right now but I section the bottom and top half and spray my dry hair I probably only need to leave them in for an hour-3 tops they’re gorgeous curls!

Other videos the Gil’s hsir is straight and it actually has curls. They work best if you spritz with water after you wrap the. Then put a wrap over your head and sleep with them.

I just ordered a package of those curlers off Amazon. I must be nuts. LOL I have naturally curly hair. Oh Lordy. ..I bet I will look like a clown. 😆

I think it will work. I'm the same. Medium to shortish naturally curly hair. I would put lots of hair curling cream in wet hair. Then diffuse the hair with Diffuser. And instead of finger coiling the hair pop these in instead. Don't brush hair at any point.

Yes! And they last around 2-3 days. No hair spray needed until second day.

tried flexi rods about 20 times and i can never get it right. its either wayy off base or the ends still dont sit on them
