The Wood beams were so old they had become like steel, it could not have burned easily. A week before men showed up to paint bug treatment on the beams…. A week before also the main artifacts such as the crown and priceless statues have been removed for restoration. C,mon, you can’t make this stuff up!!!

I saw a very interesting piece about how expensive it was to maintain Notre Dame and that it needed extensive work. After the "accident" much more money than was needed flooded in. Also interesting to know that very old oak like is extremely difficult to burn.

The ND Cathedral was the home, curator and protector of the 'Crown of Thorns' that allegedly was worn by Jesus Christ at his crucifixion. A priceless religious relic, which begs the question was it lost in the fire, stolen, or pawned?

Have you ever seen lightning hit a frame built home? Do you know how fast a 2,000 sq ft home will burn to the ground? About 20 minutes with firefighters fighting. It's a very sad thing that happened to Notre Dame, but why does it have to be arson? It very well could have been a complete accident or electrical fire. If someone had set fire it wouldn't have been so high up. They'd have to have gotten out unscathed. How do you do that when it burned so quickly? Who has reason? Different religion? If so come out and say it. But no one is. Why is that? 4:16 in today's time if someone had done it, there's no way to hide it. If it was done by someone, they'd want to claim it. I just don't see what someone would get out of burning a part of Notre Dame. If it was done on purpose there would have been multiple fires set in separate areas to have burned it down completely without anyone getting hurt. It's been rebuilt. That is what matters.
