Its up to you to do this. I have had them. I am a male. Doctors do obviously have treatments to remove them, including freezing them with liquid nitrogen. I on the other hand did it myself by finding and buying a freezing aerosol spray can, that freezes them off the same way the liquid nitrogen does, just costs way less than a doctor's appointment. Downside is you'll have to deal with ten minutes of the cold burning
