99% chances are that the old lady was suffering from Dissociative Identity Disorder , this is a mental disease where people can speak multiple languages, at different tones (male / female both) and become a different person at certain time of the day/ night. The tantrik baba telling the family about dhaga underneath the fridge is a classic move , usually these babas go in different corners of the house telling the family people that they need to know where the ghost is hiding in that process they throw an item around some object ( in this case it was dhaga thrown near the fridge). About crows being around the house- when someone shouts at high pitch or something unusual happens they gather quickly as they are highly intelligent animal. So yes there are scientific reasons to this incident.

I've seen lots of horror incidents in my village. Believe me, science has no answer for it. 6 yrs ago, mere gao me ek newly married couple ladki possessed hui thi, n naam puchne pe ek ladke ka nam batati, jaise hi mandir me le jate sub normal, or jese bahr laya jata toh fir shuru, literally us ladki 8- 10 log thik se kabu nhi kr pa rhe the, uski voice completely male type thi , wo ladka jo tha uska murder hua tha gao ki fort(kila) me. Baad me usko gao ki boundary se door le jaya gya mantra upchar hua , kuch months tak dusra gao me bheja gya or ab sab normal h. ye sach h koi majak nhi.
