I started mine late, I was around 18. All my friends were super young, but they all told me how lucky I was to not have it yet, and so I was scared of getting it and tried to appreciate not having it as much as possible. When I did start it, I thought I was dying and I cried while my mom and aunt celebrated and it was strange but yeah, late bloomer so don't feel bad if you start it later. Do be cautious how late in life you start it because my mom told me if I didn't get it before I was 19, we'd have to talk to my doctor about it because that can be dangerous.

Omg I’ve always promised myself I would NEVER get on birth control bc it screws with your hormones so much but last year I ended up having to have surgery bc I had like a rare form of endometriosis that could basically ruin my reproductive system so they told me I had to get on the depo shot to basically take my estrogen down so that the endometriosis wouldn’t form 😭😭😭 I literally cried in the drs office bc I have always been so against birth control (for myself, not anyone else!! I support the girlies that want/need it)

I know it sounds weird, but anytime I feel like my emotions are taking control I start counting in my head. Starting at 1, focusing on the number and counting until you feel yourself calming down. That’s always worked for me.

I really appreciate you saying how in school it’s not the end of the world if you’re not a scholar because right now that’s what I am trying to work through. All my friends are super smart like super booksmart and I’m just not. I’m not good at math or anything but all my friends are, and I feel like the odd one out.

1 no idea but 2 no! Do not shave your arms because it will grow back very very heavily and faster and you will catch yourself shaving your arms a lot

I have a 16 month old baby girl and have strictly breastfed her and got my period a month after having her which is crazy and been regular ever since. However, i will say since having her, i know when I’m ovulating because my ovaries hurt way more now then before her.

That wasn't birth control that was for her period but it did act like a birth control.They have said that before but I can't remember what video they say it in.

They literally never shamed anyone for using them, they just stated the scientific facts and said at the start no hate to anyone who uses them. Use you ears and listen to everything instead of what you want to hear
