It's been 5 years since my last rare cancer diagnosis (Metastatic Cancer of an Unknown Primary Source) and a few months ago I started to feel off again. Then about a month ago I started to feel pain in my left groin again (where my last cancer was) and my doctor referred me to get a pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound.
Well, they found a mass on my pelvic wall. Here is the story and where I'm at on yet another possible cancer journey.

I’ve watched your cancer vlogs out of order, because your, Three Words You Don’t Want to Hear, video showed up on my feed after I posted my own update. I’m glad I’ve watched them. They have been an encouragement. I was Dx with colon cancer at 38 y.o. and was told I had had it for 8-10 yrs. Now, 14 yrs later, I have received a second cancer Dx, and this type of cancer is incurable. So now, I am adjusting to ‘living with cancer.’ I had similar issues with having to push for tests (we KNOW our bodies), prolonged waits, new things showing up when I finally got the test. I actually have a pelvic ultrasound coming up due to something that showed up on the PET scan. Cancer is exhausting, physically and emotionally. For the most part I’m able to stay pretty positive, but, as I’m sure you know, it’s never too far from your mind. It was comforting to see how you are dealing with your cancer journey. I look forward to watching your creative videos as well. I am an ‘amateur’ creative (meaning fun at home to feel like I’m still being productive, since I am no longer able to work, lol).Thanks for sharing. Praying for you.

I use to love watching fary boats. Something peaceful about it. I'm sorry u have to go through so much..many hugs and prayers to and for u. Yes we all need to be advocates for our self. In medicine seems like it's always wait wait wait. Then gosh dealing with insurance companies also can be a hassle. Your lucky the ins approved everything! Bless you.

You don’t get over cancer and get it again. You always have cancer. It just goes into remission.
