The longer hair makes you look cooler, of course my opinion may not be representative and probably doesn’t matter a whole lot lol. Who knows maybe the ladies will like it I keep my hair short for convenience sake. Growing it long can give me some uniqueness and distinction and I did that sometimes as a younger guy. Now it’s more of an annoyance.

You seem like a genuinely intelligent guy and I share your political thoughts. If I may ask, since you’re left-leaning and not far from his home turf, what is your opinion on Senator Bernie Sanders? Do you blame Sanders for Trump’s victory in 2016 (or 2024)? Just curious.

I do not blame Bernie for Trump's Victory in 2016. I think Bernie's 2016 campaign was the best chance the USA had at avoiding collapse into fascism all together. The DNC has been complicit/complacent with every step downward into oligarchy. Poo-poo-ing Bernie in 2016 is a glaring example. The political space Bernie's campaign occupied was crucial territory that the left needed to hold, instead the DNC threw him under the bus. If Bernie was at the top of the ticket with Hillary in the VP slot, I think he would have handily defeated Trump. The Democrats --- still --- have --- not --- learned --- they just denied AOC a leadership position on the House oversight committee. As far as Bernie himself goes; he has always throw his lot behind the Democrats for convenience. A lot of voters have done the same for 20-30 years now. That convenience has proven woefully inadequate to meet the needs of the moment... because the Democrats are too beholden to corporate interests.
