We suggest you to look into what can be causing the outbreaks every month. Diet, lack of sleep, stress, other things that could be happening in your body. If you're getting that many outbreaks, there's probably something that your body cannot fight sufficiently.

I kiss my son every day. The only time I would not do that is if I have a cold sore. Which is rare. But, other times, I cannot stay away from him and act like I don't want his kisses and hugs.

If your going on first date but no outbreak happen to kiss I am on antiviral is that ok. Plan tell him 2nd or 3rd date is that a good plan

It's a good plan, if it works for you. It's rare that you would be shedding without an outbreak, and with antivirals, the chances are even lower. Some people still choose to disclose, since there is a small chance of transmitting, even with all the precautions.
