Do I need to send a thank-you note for a thank-you gift?

When you use a realtor it goes to multiple listings so other realtors will work hard to get you the best price, so use your SIL

1. If someone gives you a "thank you" gift, you just say "Thank you so much. That wasn't necessary, but I really appreciate it" - You say it or in a text, but if you don't it's really not that big of a deal. 2. The real estate question is tough. 3. You lie! You always say "Thank you, it was great". You can't say that. It's just mean.

You dont send a "thank you" for "thank you".
