I don’t comment on any KZbin channel often But I wanted to let you know I am a recent subscriber and while you have been recovering. I have gone back to the beginning of your channel and have been watching your past postings From 3 years ago your chatty car ride my thoughts on KZbin encouraged me to comment. I believe because you post so many different activities - cooking, cleaning, crafting ,decorating, thrifting, gardening , home redos, back porch chats , make-up, hair, your family.- it makes you channel stand out You are genuine , fun and inspirational. You are doing a fabulous job of connecting with your viewers. Keep up the great postings please. Take care and looking forward when you are ready for your new postings. In the meantime I still have 2 1/2 years of back postings to keep me entertained , informed and inspired

I took a break on KZbin because I was spending too much time but I have spent last couple of days catching up on the videos I missed. I am so glad you are doing well. I had hip replacement a year ago in May and this reminded me how blessed I am and how my family and friends stepped in to help me. I just love you and James and your family. I feel as if I know you. SO HAPPY to know you are feeling better and better each day! Yes, we have all been keeping you in our thoughts and prayers for many days now. And James is the big teddy bear we all know him to be! I have to tell you about a gal I knew who was tall and slender but large busted. She had a baby and after she returned from maturity leave I thought omg! She lost so much weight! Turns out she was the exact weight as before the baby but she had a breast reduction. She looked so much thinner! Thanks for keeping us updated❤❤❤

Girl you are so right, when its Gods will & his timing.. Peace abides😊 You have definitely had many prayers going up for you.. and still do! Buster is too cute eating his bday cake😊 James is a good one girl, but you already know how lucky you are.. almost as lucky as he is😄 Glad you've been getting lots of rest, that's the best thing for the healing process. I'm sure the drains were really annoying! I know when i had my sinus surgery, once the packing and stints were out, i felt like a whole new person! Foreign objects in our bodies just don't work well😣😖 Honey I've had 18 surgeries from 1981 thru last year, literally from head to toe...i got you, i 100% understand! Its miserable.. and it hurts to strain, just being honest 🤷‍♀️ And I've got another surgery I've got to get, a re-do of the last one🙄 soon as i find a dr here in Florida. The best thing that worked for me was the "Collace+stimulant". A couple times it hurt my tummy just a little but it was worth it! And if it weren't for IBU girl i wouldn't make it on a daily basis! I know i shouldn't take it daily but i don't want a prescription med if i can do without it. But with surgeries I'll take whatever they give me cause this girl dont do well with major pain😑 You'd think after all I've been thru, plus 4+months of shingles on my arm & hand I could handle pain..nope can't do it.😄 Tell James we're proud of him & we thank him for taking such good care of our girlfriend!😊 Which i had NO doubt he wouldn't! I know he loves him some Donna😊 Ain't God just so good, in every way?! The support system is the best thing to have! Thru most of my surgeries was when i still worked, as a dental asst., so thankfully the Dr i worked for helped me or told me what to do that helped me. My DIL will probably at some point within the next several yrs have a reduction done. She had Scoliosis as a child & had back surgery at 12yrs old. She VERY heavy chested naturally & its always bothered her back a like but seems like since having the baby 9mths ago its starting to bother her way a bit. So she's thinking it may be best, honestly so do I. And my son 100% supports whatever she does! After gaining weight, I'm so glad i didn't get the augmentation!🙌🏻 I've Heard Lypo wasn't no joke! We all friends, chatting & TMI talks is a part of friendship! Its obvious I love to chat anyway😂 And I do love you my friend, my sister in Christ! Awww that little set up James leaves you is too sweet😊 Where the drains are the skin was most likely sticking to them where it was trying to heal, and that's why it was pulling..sooo uncomfortable!! I'm so so happy to see you & see that you're doing well.. and just to chat! Continued prayers & hope to see you soon!🙏🏻❤

It’s hard recovering from surgery had a heart valve replacement done in 2009 but still remember everything including the pain. Glad you feeling better. When I had my female surgery the Dr. put me on the same medicine and it made me sick and He gave me medicine for that and it made me the same way. So glad you have help. I am bad about asking for help.

Those drains and tape/adhesives are from the devil!!! 🤣 Glad you got rid of those. I know from experience that you feel SO MUCH better with them gone! Did you have 2 or 4? With my mastectomy, I had 2. You’re looking great and the video was great! Love ya! BLESSINGS!!!

Getting those drains out and tape off was so freeing..😄. I had 2 drains and they didn’t “bother” me to start with but the day before my appointment they really started to aggravate me. So uncomfortable.

Hi Donna. I’ve been out of pocket today so I’m late watching this video. So happy you are feeling as well as possible right now. Thankful you have a great support system. And James has been taking wonderful care of you! I had no doubt that he would be constantly by your side to help you. Oh my, I can only imagine how pulling the drain hurt. Finally got to watch part of this while hubby stood in line at the airport to check our luggage in. Just finished it as he went to the office to check on something. So glad to see you doing so well!! I’ve wanted to message but didn’t want to bother you but have had you on my mind and in my prayers. We left Thursday afternoon for Orlando and everything was great flight got in early. Then car rental place messed up our rental. We booked a mini van. Figured it would be easier on our daughter with her just getting to be 100% weight barring on her leg. They gave us an outlander sport. Wouldn’t work or load her and her stuff. Rental company had us come back and we got a Mercedes van. No extra Charge. Hubby and I got about 3 hrs sleep that night. Worked on her place hard for two days. Got about 2 1/2 hrs sleep last night. Had to be at the airport by 5 to load at 7. We both slept in the plane and I haven’t worked that hard on my house in forever. I’m sore all over. I’m definitely taking a diclofenac tonight. Makes me so happy you are doing so good! Just listening to you is like hearing from a friend you hadn’t seen in a while. Take care!! ❤

Every time I see you with no makeup versus makeup, you seem like 2 totally different people to me. I don't even know how to explain what I mean, and I never want it to sound judgmental at all. My son is law enforcement and had to make the call that day with his fellow brothers. Many are hurting and lives changed forever. Take care and keep us posted. I know you’re ready to go thrifting 😉

It IS very hard to ask for help! I can totally relate. Women are so much stronger than what is imagined by others. Im so happy everything went so well for you. Hi Donna, I’ve been praying for you. I’m glad you’re recovering from your surgery. I know the struggle with Percocet!😮 I take it for MS pain and it does make it very hard to go to the bathroom. Hope that gets better soon. Take care.😊

I'm glad you are doing so well. I also just had surgery and the worse part was the constipation. I was a RN, retired now, asking the pharmacist is the best way To get accurate medications information.

Hi Donna you are looking good. Now that the drains are removed you should heal faster. It will all be behind you. Look like all our prayers worked...Oh the Power of Prayer. Can't beat that... So glad you have your ring finally, also glad you have little Buster back home. It was nice that you had all that help when you needed it. If i lived near id be helping you too. You get lots of rest, don't overdue. Take things a little at a time. Just let them hover over you, ....you so deserve it. Take care and thanks for keeping us informed on your journey. Hello Donna, so glad to see you! I’ve been checking in on your instagram to find out how your doing, I’m not on it that much anymore. So glad you’re doing good and I knew James would take good care of you. They always act so big and bad but, they are a big teddy bear at heart.❤️ And our fur babies always know when we’re sick or in pain, and glad to hear Buster’s paw is doing better.
