1 that’s national champ caliber ? Your out your mind dude Ohio state played Oregon at Oregons home made a bunch of mistakes had 20 penalties and got bad calls on the game winning drive and had Oregons coach have to out 12 men on the field to cheat us out of having time to kick a Field goal to win and Oregon still only won by 1 point…. Ohio state can easily beat them if they play a clean game like they did against Indiana . Indiana is good and was top 5 Ohio state just played there best game and are clicking on all cylinders right now . Meanwhile Oregon struggled against Wisconsin and Wisconsin is not better than Indiana , or Penn state ….. OHIO STATE is the best team in the country

First of all it’s not cheating 😂 it’s one team knowing the rules and the other team not. Not to mention the refs “cheated” Oregon by not reviewing the clear interception in the beginning of the game. Try again

A few facts that seems to have gotten overlooked in comparing Clemson and Indiana. First off, as of today, Indiana has beaten 3 bowl eligible teams, not one like Clemson. And the possibility of 5 by this time next week. Second, you are assuming Clemson will beat South Carolina this week. And third, Indiana has pretty much hammered everyone in their path, while Clemson has looked very unimpressive at least half of the season. And that's without claiming the Hoosiers playing both teams in the championship last year. That shouldn't matter, but I'm sure someone somewhere would make that argument for their team if they had that on the resume. Just offering perspective

Wins against bowl eligible P4 teams currently: SMU: 5 (max potential of 7) Clemson: 1 (max potential of 4) Indiana: 3 (max potential of 4) South Carolina: 5 (max potential of 6) Miami: 4 (max potential of 6) The bubble should get interesting! Edit: added Miami

Stop trying to compare 3 loss teams, you have to win the games. Deserving teams win the power 4 games on their schedule. It’s a college football playoff, not a conference playoff.

You can't compare Clemson in conference schedule to Indiana. That's silly. Indiana had OSU in its in-conference schedule and Clemson has no top10 (not to mention top5) in their conference schedule. Their L to Georgia might be comparable to Indiana's L to OSU, but they lost another time to a mediocre team and Indiana didn't.

Sec Homer at its finest. Indiana has the best margin of victory of any team for this season, that is what eye test is. I know you would hate to see Indiana take the spot over one of your precious sec teams but it’s gonna happen. You lose 3 games, you’re done. End of story. Doesn’t matter what conference you’re in. Biased takes after biased takes

The difference is when psu “slips up” they win by 1 vs Minnesota. In the SEC you skip up you lose close to Florida. Thats what happens when you play teams closer to your level. Look at the nfl. When you play bad teams you win. Look at my Clemson tigers - beat up on bad teams all day - got smoked in both their games vs Georgie and Louisville - theres levels

I think indiana was exposed. Theyve had an easy schedule. Not hating, but its got to be called into question as to what theyd do against better competition bc all those playoff positions are valuable. There are sec teams that are great with 2 losses but their strength of schedule is top 5 out of 140. Get real
@dwdkcСағат бұрын
They lost to the best team in the country fired up in front of their loudest crowd if the year. Get real-any team in the country likely would have been beaten like that. IU has been more consistent that the SEC teams. They’ve not laid an egg like Bama and Ole Miss did twice. Those teams might have higher ceilings but they’ve had lower floors and that counts.

Everyone? What about the 3 teams that beat Bama, Ole Miss, Texas A&M and South Carolina? Are Florida, Auburn, Oklahoma, and Vanderbilt good now or did the top of the conference just fall off? Ohio State is complete. 1 point loss on the road to Oregon. They would win the SEC this year if they were in that conference. Texas has the same easy schedule that Indiana has and they are the best chance to be a top 5 representative from the SEC.

I personally think the SEC is by far the strongest and deepest conference. This year. This changes from year to year. Seems like not too long ago it appeared the SEC was Bama, and Georgia as the best two teams in the country. And the rest of the conference was a whole lot of average because neither team stumbled against inferior teams even once, much less twice. This year, the conference hasn't proven anyone besides possibility Georgia, could possibly win 4 games in a row to win a natty. A whole lot of high ceiling, low for type of teams. Sometimes, that floor is in the basement with a few bad losses
@jking1752Сағат бұрын
