Emeline Emeline you will most definitely feel this in your abs, glutes and quads. I was way out of shape and huffing and puffing like a choo-choo train during my first class. got another one tomorrow

I was going to but I found that Amazon doesn't ship to my country .. but I made a lot of search and talked to people who owns them, according to what they said ,running with kangoo shoes make you lose a significant amount of calories in a shorter amount of time than regular jogging in addition to the fact the kangoo shoes reduce 85% of the asphalt impact on the body joints.. I would definitely buy them right now if I could! ...Good luck with your fitness goals!
