Bucky's lyrics hit like a hammer. They really make you examine yourself.

You work on yourself physically and mentally to prepare yourself for when you are having neurological imbalances.

This is a very thoughtful episode. I understand what Deion is saying. It is tough.

Yes mental breaks are needed for sure. You have to give your mind mental break from everything.

Ok I've been out of the states for a while but in the UK, (and I find since the lockdown) most employees are more "understanding", (though it can be abused) to mental day off requests. Do I think we as a society have become "weaker" as a whole yes and there are multiple factors to that. Whether that's a good or bad thing 😐

Mental reset definitely is a must. Going on vacation is somewhat important, to just be able to wake up every morning not worrying about anything lol

Each person has to consider their individual priorities. Darius seems down, not talking a lot.

There's a saying in the circus. Some people thought it was racist but it's not. It says one monkey don't stop the show.

The phrase they’re looking for in the beginning is “neurochemical imbalances” - and people who live with that, whether they need to be medicated or not, are resilient AF.

The mental health crisis is real. Folks have untreated trauma. It's rough out here

This method had Coach Prime driving off a cliff to his death. The mental health crisis is real. It's rough out here. Many of us set apart are way too blessed to be stressed. Far too many with untreated TRAUMA from childhood.

@@cutc2k764 I'm certain it was multiple things that contributed. When Coach Prime tells it today, he shifts no blame from himself and his relationship with God.
