I'm more comfortable with the pinch hitting now that guys like Margot and Santana can actually get a hit once in a while. Where I had a problem is taking a hot hitter out of the lineup mid-game just to get a different handed hitter up who is pretty much an automatic out.

I think we pinch hit the most, because we can. We have so many players that play more than 1 postion so Rocco has more flexibility compared to many other managers. If a player is 0-3 in a game, why not throw somebody else in. Some days even the best players have a slump day. Young players like Julienne and Wallner, obviously needed more time in the minors so ponch hitting fir them made sense. Hopefully Austin Martin can continue to hit and avoid getting sent back to St Paul.

Here's a defense of the pinch hitting. You can win a game with one at bat, but you can never lose a game in one at bat. Sure a double play in the late stages is devastating, but that's just 2/27 outs. We have guys that can come off the bench and hit, so far they haven't yet. But give it time, they may come around

Nope. Using Santana yesterday was perfect. If they hadn't -Who knows if Miranda gets a hit.

Bring Lee up, he has nothing more to prove at St Paul. Put him at 2b for the Twins and leave him there.
