the duration stated on my offer letter is Sept to June...I got my cas yesterday and its written that I fill it using the dates on the offer letter....10months...the programme also has placement ....there's option for editing the cas information but can the date be extended to one yr

If the scholarship is not from the university then you will need to provide the POF for the balance started on the CAS Every deductions must be stated on your CAS

Hello Simisola, It means your program is not up to 1 year. I don’t think the university will make any changes since your program is just for 11 month 4 days

Write to your school's team and let them know that you need the CAS to show it for 12 months plus some days.And let them know about the visa issue and how it might affect your stay in the UK. Use the fact that they stated it was 1 year on the website.

Hello Daniel, My course is a 2-year course, but on the unconditional offer I received, the start date is 26/09/2022 and end date is 31/08/2024. Does this mean it doesn’t count as a 2-yr course? Or rather do I need to be worried? If yes, how do I rectify it? Looking forward to your response.

Since the second cas issued to you was less than 2yrs by a few days, did you get the full 2yrs + 4months or it was less than 2yrs + 4months say like 23months + 4months?

Hello Gbenga, The 4 month extension is essential because it is possible to get a job within that extension and then move to a Tier 2 visa Instead of spending almost £2,000 to apply for POst study work Visa. I hope this clarifies?
