But the guns are so far apart that you’ll never hit any critical parts by aiming. One set of guns will always miss if you manage to hit anything

You can set the angle of the guns so that the firing line meets at a certain distance... though it doesn't really matter in a head on, both of these planes will end up in a tie. The F82E has two fuselages that are equally appart perfect for the wing mounted canons on the Stuka, and the Stuka's traditional center fuselage will meet the F82E's center guns.

VB-10.02 is also a good contender. It has 4 20mms and 6 .50 cals in the wings. It's a bit tricky to land shots in but after the change to hispanos, this plane straight up murders anything now that comes into it's crosshairs. It's also a twin engine fighter, so it has an insane level of frontal and rear protection, by how the engines are mounted, so even if you loose in a head-on, you will still have one engine to limp home with.

The f82 is especially deadly due to the fact that the guns are so tightly grouped and the fact that the pilot is sitting far away from them so it's easier for the f82 to hit its opponent but harder for the opponent to hit you

Before they nerfed ground target rewards, these two planes are my main cash cows and for the F-82's case, the way i managed to grind so many jets. The M3 .50cals can be controlled separately, and you can clear the map of almost all ground units. From trucks, light tanks to light pillboxes. Ive outright won several matches for my team while most players were still alive just from me shooting out ground units

Theoretically theyd always trade of in a straight head on because the f82 is center mounter and would kill the pilot of the stuka but the stuka is wing mounted so itd take out the pilots of the f82

That depends; typical practice for WW2 wing mounted guns was to have the guns angled just a hair so that their lines of fire converge at a designated distance ahead of the plane.
