Thanks for the great info! So my daughter will be in Clark Kerr this fall, can you tell me how laundry facilities are located at Clark Kerr?
@rachel_lin5 жыл бұрын
iris medellin Yay congrats! I was actually an RA at CKC the past 2 years, but am moving Units this year. Depending on which building she is in at CKC, there’s either a laundry room with a few washers and dryers in the Building, or the Building next to it. So off my memory I believe the laundry rooms are in Buildings 2,4,9, and 12.

Will I have access to printer 24 hours at the academic center?
@rachel_lin5 жыл бұрын
Alexia LI I believe it depends on your school and it’s services! For Berkeley the Academic Centers with the printers in each dorm are open til 1 AM and then reopen at 7 AM so if I didn’t finish something before 1 I could print it in the morning before class. But also there are printer services at the 24/7 library which are available all the time! So depends also where you like to study- dorm or libraries!

how many clothes should i bring to college? how much is too much?
@rachel_lin5 жыл бұрын
Nitya Krishnakumar haha I have this issue where I definitely have too much clothes at school... I’ve learned to only bring the clothes that I actually wear, so maybe like a few pairs of the staple items like jeans and shirts, then I can mix and match and re-wear stuff before doing laundry. I feel like if you’re bringing more than a months worth of outfits that sorta overkill, more like 2-3 weeks is more reasonable!
