Which blade do you prefer or do you like them both?
@fitnessgeek76173 жыл бұрын
Have both but use the gtx
@RattyTheBarber3 жыл бұрын
Same here. It's perfect for afro hair
@vanessasterlingphotography3 жыл бұрын
Since I have seen both, in person, it would make sense to buy the GTX blade. Not only that I have tried them myself as I'm nosey lol. 🤷🏽♀️

Gtx brother. That's a easy pick for me. The hair don't go all the way down in the blade

I'm learning barbering and I prefer the gtx by far. Afro hair gets in it better for me 🤷🏽♀️ the other I need more pressure and I don't want to cut the client

@@desmondmitchell5602 I don't know how to zero gap yet. Too chicken to try 🤣. Do you do yours on your own?

@@Perfeccionista89 yes I take the blade of and do it by hand look the easy way for u to do it is lossen both screws just a little and place the blade on a nice flat surface like a counter top and with the cutting blades down on the flat surface push the blade's down and lean a bit towards I and tighten it up evenly then check it hey I can help u out more if u got Instagram

Thanks for your comment. On the corded version the t-blade works fine but on the cordless not so much as it's not as powerful. I've had a lot of barbers reach out to me asking if it's good because they hear it's not worth the money. Reason for this is, I had mine for about a year and a half before I really started using it, and that's after I was introduced to the gtx blade, now it's the only outliner blade I use.

So what do you do when you put the GTX blades on and what do you do with the other blades?
@Ratty_Suzuki_GSX-R7502 жыл бұрын
You can sell the stock blade if u wish. I keep them as a back up just incase my trimmer falling and the blade brakes. If the GTX blade is properly aligned and not pinching the client, there’s not else needed of you except to oil the blade.

corded vs cordless which is good in terms of cutting performance?
@RattyTheBarberАй бұрын
The corded, all day every day my bro.
@fejerchristianjosephf.3220Ай бұрын
@@RattyTheBarber how about cordless with corded blade? dp they have the se cut?
@RattyTheBarberАй бұрын
Get a gtx.blade and that’s all you’ll need. Clean and oil the blade after every cut and it will last long too.
@fejerchristianjosephf.3220Ай бұрын
@@RattyTheBarber do i have to modified the cordless or plug and play the gtxblade?
@RattyTheBarberАй бұрын
Plug and play. If u buy the gold one u will need to swap the inside plastic.
