. Today I’m taking a look at the Yeezy QNTM Onyx, finally we have an all black Yeezy QNTM which i think a lot of people thought would be one of the cleanest colourways on the QNTM model. The Yeezy QNTM isn’t the most hyped Yeezy sneaker, in fact you often times can find them still sitting on shelves and not selling out unlike most Yeezys.

I own the Bariums, & Flash Orange, which are my favorite and been a fan of the QNTMs, dope sneaker, a bit on the heavier side but still pretty clean. This colorway is fire! Once it dips lower under retail a bit more, I will cop.

I just received my pair yesterday, couple of notes...these fit better than the O.G first release, I did not have to break them in to fit, go half a size up if you are concerned about sizing, the padding will cover it. The 3M is now perfectly aligned with the midheel/sole, it wasn't in the O.G release, the boost and the sole color combinations mesh to give it a greenish look which is a nice touch.The build quality is much better, do not sleep on these and they look spectacular and are still under retail!

These didn't turn out the way I hoped a triple black Quantum would turn out. I was hoping for a TPU cage like on the barium and Frozen blue and definitely a basketball option. These definitely don't look bad and I went and got them as quickly as I could. But, after getting them home and sitting them side by side with my bariums I've decided I would just stick with my bariums. Unless it's a classic staple like a Adidas forum or an Air Force One two colorways for any sneaker model is enough for me at this point in my life.

I am spoilt for choice with so many yeezy models, not such a fan yeezy about this model. Yet also the comfort level does come close to 700v2 or 350s and the price point doesn’t gravitate me to buy it. I would consider buying it but don’t really need it therefore it can sit. Btw I prefer a black toe box and darker sole. Cheaper yeah maybe it may fare better. I feel this model is having a similar performance of sales effect like 380s - the models are good but yeezy has better affordable and comfy substitutes. It’s good for those who like it but IMO yeezy is pumping products so fast that his brand has products competing for the same customer. Long term or after a while this model may be more appreciated

I don’t think these will go under retail, they’ve been increasing in price slowly. As far as sizing, quantum’s are the only yeezys I don’t have to size up in. My regular Sz is 10.5 and I stay with 10.5 in quantum’s. My Yeezy Sz is Sz 11, but with quantum’s I stay to my true Sz 10.5 and they fit perfect
