The only good part is baking the prepaired parts in the oven. Btw, pepper on fries, are u kidding ? I still don't understand what's wrong with frying ur fries in oil or, preferebly in ' blanck de bouef ' ? Plz inform urself in NL or BE, how to make fries. This is absolutely not the way how to do it.
